Not at all! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re a total beginner or a regular gym-goer. The exercises can be modified to match your ability, and our supportive instructors will guide you every step of the way.

Yes! One of the biggest benefits of Kangoo Jumps® is that the rebound boots reduce impact on your knees, ankles, and spine by up to 80%. This makes it a great option for those with joint concerns who still want a fun, effective workout. If you have an existing condition, please check with your doctor before attending.

No! We provide boot rentals for every class, so you don’t need to buy your own. However, if you love the experience and want your own pair, we can help you purchase the right size and model.

Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow free movement, such as leggings or shorts and a breathable top. Bring long socks to wear inside the boots for comfort.

Our standard classes are designed for adults and older teenagers, but we may offer family-friendly or children’s sessions in the future. Keep an eye on our schedule for updates!

We currently run classes at two locations in Norwich:

Booking in advance is required, as spaces are limited and classes can fill up quickly. We also need to prepare your boots beforehand.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone else.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Kangoo Jumps® is actually lower impact than many other workouts, but if you have concerns:
