Cookie Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Jumps Club Norwich uses cookies and similar technologies on jumps-club.co.uk. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. Websites can also save information in your browser in other ways, such as “local storage”. In this policy, “cookies” includes these similar technologies.
Some cookies are set by us. Others are set by other companies whose services appear on our website, such as YouTube. These are called third-party cookies.
2. Your Choices
When you first visit our website, a cookie banner asks for your consent. Necessary cookies are always on, because the website cannot work properly without them. All other cookies stay off unless you allow them. You can accept all cookies, reject all of them, or choose by category.
You can change your choice at any time, with the button below or the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, some parts of the website may not work, such as logging in to book a class.
Our cookie banner is provided by CookieYes. So that we can show we asked for your consent, CookieYes keeps a record of your choice: a random consent ID, the date and time, the choices you made and limited technical information about your visit. You can read the CookieYes Privacy Policy.
3. Cookies We Use

These keep the website secure and working. They are always on.

3.2 Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how people use our website, for example which pages are visited most, so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics. These cookies are only set if you allow “Analytics” cookies.
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells visitors apart, so we can count how many people visit the website. | 2 years |

Google Analytics does not tell us who you are. You can read how Google uses cookies.
3.3 Functional and Advertisement Cookies (YouTube Videos)
Some of our pages show videos from YouTube, which is owned by Google. When a YouTube video loads, YouTube sets its own cookies. YouTube may use them to play the video, remember your settings, count views, protect against fraud and show adverts. We only load YouTube videos if you allow both “Functional” and “Advertisement” cookies. Until then, the videos are not loaded.

You can read how Google and YouTube use cookies.
4. Payments and Other Websites
Payments: when you pay for a class or a pass, you go to a secure payment page run by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies on that page, for example to process your payment and to prevent fraud. We do not control these cookies. You can read the Stripe Cookie Policy.
Links to other websites: our website links to our Facebook and Instagram pages and to other websites. These links do not set cookies on our website. If you click them, the other website may set its own cookies.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change our website or the services we use. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
