Terms And Conditions For Jumps Club Training’s Classes

1. Definitions

“Consumer”: An individual purchasing services for personal, non-business use. “Fitness Classes”: Any Kangoo Jumps® group class, training session, or instruction delivered by Jumps Club Norwich. “Instructor”: Alexandra Ene, licensed Kangoo Jumps® instructor. “Our Premises”: Any venue where classes are held, as advertised on our website or social media. “PAR-Q Health Questionnaire”: A Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire that must be completed before attending your first class. “Price List”: The current pricing for classes, memberships, and packages published on our website or booking platform.

2. Joining Our Classes

By submitting these forms you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Participants under the age of 16 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Trial Classes

New clients may purchase an Intro Sessions pack of 3 classes for £23. All 3 sessions must be used within one calendar month of purchase. The Intro Sessions offer is available to new clients only and cannot be used after purchasing a Jump Pass or attending classes on a Pay-As-You-Go basis.

4. Jump Pass

Jumps Club Norwich offers Jump Pass options that provide access to discounted class prices.

Current Jump Pass options include:

  • 6-Week Jump Pass – £26
  • 6-Month Jump Pass – £95

Jump Passes must be paid in advance and do not include unlimited classes. A £5 fee per class attended applies to all Jump Pass holders.

Jump Pass fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or where expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

All Jump Pass benefits are valid only during the active period, are non-transferable, and cannot be shared with other individuals.

5. Pay-As-You-Go Classes

Clients may attend classes on a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) basis. Standard PAYG price: £12 per session. Payment must be made before the class begins.

6. Booking and Attendance

Participants should:

Arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins Wear suitable sports clothing Wear long or knee-length socks when using Kangoo Jumps® boots Follow all instructor safety instructions

Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class for safety reasons.

7. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a class you have booked, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable and the session will be considered used.

8. Missed Sessions

If a client does not attend a booked class without prior notice:

Trial and PAYG bookings will be marked as used. Membership sessions may be forfeited depending on membership terms.

Short-term illness (such as colds or flu) does not automatically qualify for refunds. In cases of serious injury or long-term illness, membership freezes may be considered at our discretion.

9. Instructor Cancellations

We may cancel or reschedule classes due to:

Instructor illness Venue issues Safety concerns Events beyond our control

Where possible we will provide notice and offer:

Rescheduled classes Class credit Refunds where appropriate

10. Health and Safety

Participation in Kangoo Jumps® fitness classes involves physical activity and exercise.

By attending a class you confirm that:

You are medically fit to participate, or have consulted a healthcare professional if unsure. You have fully disclosed relevant medical conditions on your PAR-Q form. You understand the physical nature and risks associated with exercise.

Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in refusal of participation or cancellation of membership without refund.

11. Assumption of Risk

By participating in Kangoo Jumps® fitness classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle strain, injury, falls, or other physical harm.

By attending classes, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that you are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition during exercise.

You agree to stop exercising immediately and inform the instructor if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jumps Club Norwich and Alexandra Ene shall not be held liable for injuries sustained during participation where reasonable care and instruction have been provided.

12. Class Rules

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, the following rules apply.

Participants must not:

Attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs Bring food, glass containers, or crockery into the exercise area Smoke or vape inside the premises Wear sharp jewellery that could cause injury

Participants who behave in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner may be asked to leave the class. In such cases no refund will be provided.

13. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Jumps Club Norwich accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal items brought to class venues.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where this cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jumps Club Norwich is not responsible for:

Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions Injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions Loss of earnings or business losses Damage or loss of personal property

Participants take part in classes at their own risk.

15. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

Severe weather Venue closures Public health restrictions Technical issues

We will notify participants of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

16. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We welcome feedback and aim to provide a positive experience for all participants.
